RN- Recovery- NIGHTS + $2,500 Sign on Bonus

Job Description

Job Summary: Seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at a recovery center, offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The RN will provide nursing care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and develop individualized care plans. Responsibilities include ongoing patient assessments, medication administration, and communication with the healthcare team.

• Coordinate care and educate clients and families on health conditions.
• Document patient status and ensure treatment plans are tailored to needs.
• Maintain medication security and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and provide thorough reports to staff.

Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license. Experience in behavioral health is preferred.
