Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and trained Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide personal care to hospice patients as part of an interdisciplinary team under a nurse’s supervision.

• Provide hands-on patient care
• Maintain a safe environment
• Assist with hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation
• Offer emotional support and respite care

Requirements:

• Active NH LNA license
• Proof of Flu vaccination
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Physical exam and TB test
