We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehab care in a long-term and post-acute care facility.

    • Requirements:
  • NBCOT certified and licensed in the applicable state

  • Graduate of an accredited OT program

  • Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care

  • Current CPR certification


    • Essential Functions:
  • Implement treatment plans and modify goals

  • Oversee care provided by OTAs and students

  • Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality

  • Exhibit excellent customer service

  • Participate in community health projects
