A Pediatric Therapy Center is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join their collaborative team in Manhattan, Kansas. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children reach their full potential and possess strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across disciplines.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer and evaluate behavioral assessments under BCBA supervision.
• Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans.
• Teach language, self-help, and social skills to clients.
• Communicate professionally with parents and team members.
• Implement behavior plans and manage crisis situations.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science or related field.
• Current BCaBA Certification and Kansas licensure.
• Preferred experience with pediatric populations.
