The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children reach their full potential and possess strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across disciplines.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer and evaluate behavioral assessments under BCBA supervision.
- Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans.
- Teach language, self-help, and social skills to clients.
- Communicate professionally with parents and team members.
- Implement behavior plans and manage crisis situations.
- Complete documentation accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Applied Behavioral Science or related field.
- Current BCaBA Certification and Kansas licensure.
- Preferred experience with pediatric populations.
