Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN)-Nights-Adult unit

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift in an adult unit. The position offers a competitive base pay of $34-39.50, shift differentials, and a set schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week (7pm-7am). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and complimentary continued education credits after 30 days.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and coordinate patient care, develop nursing care plans, and educate patients and families.
• Document patient status and ensure treatment plans are tailored to individual needs.
• Administer medications and monitor compliance, notifying physicians of significant changes.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and provide education on medication and patient rights.
• Complete admission and discharge processes efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Preferred experience in behavioral health or psychiatric settings.
• Valid RN license and CPR certification required.
