Position Summary: The Mammography Technologist, under the supervision of the Manager of Breast Imaging, performs mammography exams for diagnosis and treatment of patients of all ages. Responsibilities include working as a technologist and assisting in other areas as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Completion of two years post-high school training in an approved Radiologic technology program; MSRT/ARRT (M) certification required.
  • Licenses: State Radiology/mammography license and compliance with all applicable education requirements.
  • Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of diagnostic radiology and mammography principles, along with the operation and maintenance of related equipment.
