Job Description

Position: Certified Surgical Technician

Department: Operating Room

Schedule: 36 hours, Rotating Day/Evening, Every Third Weekend, Call Required

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 for candidates with over 1 year of multi-specialty experience.
• $5,000 for candidates with less than 1 year or single specialty experience.

Position Summary: The surgical technician supports the surgical team by ensuring a sterile environment, prepping the O.R., transporting patients, and assisting during procedures.

Education: High school diploma and graduation from an accredited surgical technology program required.

Certifications: Surgical Technician certification required.

Skills:

• Previous surgical tech experience preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of medical terminology.
