Job Description

We are seeking LPNs to join our teams across Mahoning County, with opportunities at 9 locations including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing services, direct RA functions, administer medications, and maintain resident confidentiality while ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, active Ohio LPN license, current CPR certification, and preferably one year of elderly care experience.
