Job Description

A nursing home is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a stable, stress-free position.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends or on-call duties.
• Compensation: Base plus RVU, averaging $160,000 to $200,000 annually, plus a generous benefits package.
• Patient load: Approximately 25 patients per day.
• Benefits include full health coverage, dental, vision, malpractice insurance, CME, and PTO.
• Qualifications: Certified PA or NP, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), state license, and a master’s degree.
