ICU – ACU Hospital Physician Opportunity

Job Description

The Pediatric Medical-Surgical and Cardiac Intensive Care Units (MSICU and CICU) and Acute Cardiac Care Unit (ACCU) are seeking board-eligible or certified pediatricians to serve as hospital physicians under the supervision of attending physicians. This role is ideal for recent pediatric residency graduates interested in cardiology or critical care fellowships. Responsibilities include:

• Providing front-line care in the ICU or ACU for patients with acute or critical illnesses.
• Assisting in airway management, vascular access, and resuscitation.
• Participating in teaching conferences, quality improvement, and research activities.

Shifts are 50% daytime and 50% overnight, with options for 100% overnight shifts. A Massachusetts medical license is required.
