Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation Services to oversee physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments, ensuring high-quality rehab services in compliance with regulations and standards.

• Must hold an active therapy license and have two years of supervisory experience in a post-acute care setting.
• Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, managing budgets, and maintaining patient care standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of payer reimbursement and labor management is required.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
