Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in Whippany, NJ, to manage resident care and ensure quality outcomes in long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, and assisted living settings. The OTA will be part of an interdisciplinary team, responsible for evaluating resident needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with staff. Essential duties include providing rehabilitation care, clinical documentation, billing record maintenance, and participating in training and marketing efforts. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current OTA license, with preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
