Job Responsibilities:
Communicate daily with office staff to accept new patients
Complete paperwork and submit payroll
Maintain open communication with patients and home health agencies
Facilitate communication with Physical Therapists
Complete daily visit notes and paperwork
Attend training and team meetings as needed
Job Requirements:
Current Physical Therapist Licensure in Ohio
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Ability to travel to patients’ homes
Strong communication skills
Home healthcare experience preferred
