Candidates must possess strong management, supervisory, and clinical skills, with a focus on community-based services for individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Psychologist.
- Five years of experience with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
- Two years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within the state.
The role includes budget development, compliance assurance, staff training, and maintaining client records. The Director will also engage in business development and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
