Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet patient care needs.
- Create a supportive work environment for patients and families.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Report significant changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and families.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with over a year of leadership experience in long-term care.
- Must be 18 years or older and knowledgeable about state and federal regulations.
- Experience with geriatric populations is preferred.
