Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking Registered Nurses to provide direct care to clients in withdrawal management and detoxification at our 24-hour facilities. Full-time and part-time evening and overnight shifts are available, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting health assessments upon admission and discharge.
• Charting medications and client status accurately.
• Evaluating referral sources for discharge.
• Participating in care plan development.
• Implementing physician orders and performing general nursing procedures.
• Overseeing clients in withdrawal and making behavioral observations.

Qualifications:

• Current active RN license in Minnesota.
• Experience with substance use or co-occurring disorders preferred.
