Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI Tech)

Job Description

This MRI Tech position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and requires 36 hours/week, working Thursday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating call. The MR Technologist I will assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by preparing patients and operating MR equipment to obtain scans.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum one year in MR preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: ARRT certification in MR required within 6 months of hire; IV credentialing and applicable state license also required.
• Skills: Knowledge of MRI equipment, analytical skills, basic computer skills, and good communication.
