Job Description

Job Summary: A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for a full-time Director of Rehabilitation Services at a facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado. This role involves overseeing physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments to ensure high-quality rehabilitation services.

Requirements:

• Active therapy license (physical, occupational, or speech) and state registration.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a post-acute care setting.
• Current CPR certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise rehab staff and programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain department budget and staffing.
• Provide excellent customer service and support interdisciplinary communication.
