The skilled nursing facility in Camphill, PA is seeking a full-time Food Service Director. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations and managing food service staff, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Preparing meals according to planned menus and dietary needs.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents’ dietary requirements are met.

Qualifications include Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP) certifications, along with prior experience as a Dietary Director and in long-term care.
