Position Overview:
This full-time role primarily operates on the first shift, requiring 40 hours per week and weekend rotations. The individual will be cross-trained within the department to ensure smooth operations and is eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited radiology program
ARRT License required
ODH Radiographers License required
MRI License required; CT Licensure optional (experience preferred)
Current CPR certification
Able to lift 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
Perform radiographic procedures with minimal supervision
Exercise independent judgment in applying ionizing radiation for diagnosis
Participate in Quality Assurance and maintain quality control
Inform patients about procedures and transport them as needed
Maintain records and assist in technique chart development
Initiate procedures during CODE situations
Ensure safety standards for radiation and physical protection
Assist with clerical tasks and support student technology training
