Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and treatments to residents.
• Collaborate with a professional team to meet residents’ needs.
• Manage medication and supply inventory.
• Ensure accurate charting and record-keeping.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with an active state license.
• Experience in nursing homes preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations and strong communication skills.

Physical requirements include the ability to push/pull/support up to 75 lbs.
