La Ventana Treatment Programs is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and a Lead LVN to join their team in Thousand Oaks, CA. The LVN will focus on nursing assessments, medication monitoring, and client care, reporting to the Director of Nursing. The Lead LVN will supervise nursing staff across five facilities, assist in training, and ensure high-quality patient care, reporting to the CEO and clinical directors.

Duties include:

  • Medication administration and monitoring
  • Client comfort and emotional support
  • Documentation and assessments
  • Compliance with nursing policies

    • Requirements:

  • Current California nursing license
  • 2-3 years of nursing experience (Lead LVN)
  • Criminal Record Clearance
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
