BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTION SPECIALIST – RESIDENTIAL

Job Summary: A Behavioral Intervention Specialist is needed to join a residential interdisciplinary team, focusing on therapeutic programming for residents with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments, developing Behavior Support Plans, collaborating with mental health providers, and training staff on behavior support techniques. The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and experience in behavioral support. Preferred qualifications include BCBA certification. The pay rate ranges from $55,000 to $62,500, based on experience and education.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a clinical field and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
