Job Description

$5,000 sign-on bonus

CDL Rear Load Drivers are tasked with collecting and hauling waste or recycling materials to designated sites. This role requires operating various trucks and excellent driving skills, especially in congested areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operating trucks per regulations.
• Providing trash/recycling removal services.
• Maintaining route logs and conducting vehicle inspections.
• Interacting professionally with customers.

Skills required:

• Map reading and physical stamina.
• Strong driving and mechanical knowledge.
• Effective communication skills.

Requirements:

• Valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• At least 19 years old with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
