Signature HealthCARE at Jefferson Place Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Nursing Department’s operations and ensure quality care. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable about healthcare policies and regulations. Responsibilities include managing programs, assisting the Director of Nursing, and delegating tasks to Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors.

Requirements include a current RN license, a minimum of three years of nursing experience, and preferred management experience. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $40.00/hr and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and tuition reimbursement.
