We are seeking a Registered Nurse in Randolph, MA, to oversee nursing processes for assigned residents in long-term care, short-term rehab, and skilled nursing settings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct nursing care and coordinating with LPNs and CNAs.
  • Assessing resident conditions and responding appropriately.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Documenting care and changes in resident conditions.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

    • Position requirements include an Associate’s Degree in nursing, current RN licensure, and at least one year of related experience.
