Job Description

The Health Care Specialist is responsible for the timely and professional setup of technical equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units, often in patients’ homes. Key duties include providing patient education, performing assessments, maintaining knowledge of respiratory care techniques, and adhering to safety regulations. The role requires a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, as well as on-call availability after hours and weekends. Candidates should have experience in home health care, excellent interpersonal skills, and be computer literate. Certification and licensure in respiratory therapy or related fields are required, with specific qualifications varying by state.
