Position Purpose: The Inpatient Staff Pharmacist will provide care at the VA Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in Pharmacy recognized by ACPE or a U.S. Department of Education accrediting body.
  • Inpatient Pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Must be licensed to practice pharmacy in a U.S. state, D.C., Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory.

Anticipated Schedule:

  • One FTE Inpatient Staff Pharmacist Tour: Overnight 7 on 7 off.
  • Hours: Thursday to Wednesday, 19:00-06:00 and 18:00-06:00.
