We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. Join a dedicated team that values support and camaraderie, fostering long-lasting relationships with residents and associates. Positions available for all shifts, including full-time, part-time, and per diem.
Responsibilities:
Assess, communicate, and document residents’ health status.
Report significant changes in resident behavior and health.
Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants.
Coordinate care with community providers.
Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies.
Requirements:
Current LPN license and CPR certification.
Graduate of an approved LPN program.
1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
Experience with the elderly is highly desirable.
