Job Description

Position: LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

Sign-On Bonus: $4500 for full-time

Shifts: Days, Nights (NOC works every 3rd weekend) with shift differentials ($1.75/hr for evenings, $2.50/hr for nights)

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality direct care under RN supervision, develop and modify care plans, collect and report health data, and oversee unlicensed staff.

Qualifications: Minnesota LPN license, completion of an approved nursing program, and CPR certification.
