Unit Manager- LPN or RN

Job Description

We are seeking an LPN Unit Manager to oversee resident care delivery, develop care plans, and administer nursing care. Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in process improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with resident evaluations at admission and discharge.
• Notifying residents of pending discharges.
• Maintaining accurate staffing records.
• Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to resolve grievances.
• Addressing staffing shortages.
• Engaging in infection control and resident care programs.

Requirements include a current nursing license, 1-3 years of experience (supervisory preferred), CPR certification, and strong communication and technical skills.
