Essential Duties:

• Foster a positive work environment through collaboration and problem-solving.
• Support skilled nursing and rehabilitation activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication.

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team for effective case management.

Skills and Abilities:

• Deliver patient-centered treatments per guidelines.
• Utilize an inter-disciplinary approach for clinical management.
• Ensure accurate documentation per regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license in Georgia.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in skilled nursing rehabilitation.
