Essential Duties:
- Foster a positive work environment through collaboration and problem-solving.
- Support skilled nursing and rehabilitation activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication.
- Engage in continuing education for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team for effective case management.
Skills and Abilities:
- Deliver patient-centered treatments per guidelines.
- Utilize an inter-disciplinary approach for clinical management.
- Ensure accurate documentation per regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license in Georgia.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in skilled nursing rehabilitation.
