> REF:#d43c741ca01dbe09The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Nursing Float department is responsible for executing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation, while ensuring patient satisfaction and effective communication. RNs will work in various locations within the health system based on departmental needs and their competencies.
Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Healthcare/Medical Case Management or Home Health preferred.
Certifications: RN License and BLS Certification required.
