> REF:#d4219ca7ce854a64This evergreen job posting invites qualified candidates to apply for future BCBA opportunities. The BCBA will manage a caseload of 8-12 clients, conducting evaluations and developing therapy programs while providing parent training and mentoring RBTs.
Essential Functions:
- Assess clients and recommend treatment hours.
- Develop and update individualized therapeutic programs.
- Mentor RBTs and supervise their hours.
- Complete required documentation and coordinate care.
- Participate in team meetings and maintain a caseload of 28 therapy hours weekly.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related field and current BCBA certification.
- Experience in a clinic setting.
