New Grads starting rate $34.04/hr
The New Graduate Registered Nurse is a full-time position that includes a one-year Nurse Residency Program designed to support the transition to practice for new graduates. This evidence-based program focuses on developing professional and specialty-specific clinical skills through simulations and hands-on activities.
New Graduate RNs will receive support from various staff members and will be responsible for patient care, including delegation and supervision. They will also engage in research and quality improvement processes while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications include RN licensure in Illinois and current BLS/CPR certification. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks related to patient care and work in environments with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
