We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in East Longmeadow, MA, to join our team in a long-term care setting. The LPN will:

  • Oversee the nursing process for assigned residents.
  • Provide direct and indirect care per each resident’s medical plan, adhering to state and federal regulations.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and other licensed staff, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

    • Position requirements include:

  • Graduation from a credentialed nursing school.
  • Current nursing license in the state of practice.
