Position: Assistant Director of Nursing
Shift: Full-Time, Days
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year, based on experience

Job Overview: The Assistant Director of Nursing will oversee nursing services staff and the Therapy Department under the Administrator and Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include assisting in the management of nursing operations, policy development, team leadership, administrative duties, staffing needs assessment, and providing direct nursing care as needed.

Requirements: Candidates must have at least one year of nursing service administration experience, a valid RN license in New York, and preferably experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation are essential.
