Rehab Physical Therapist – PRN (Weekends)

Job Description

Join our compassionate care team as a PRN Physical Therapist at our brand new, state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation hospital, opened in August 2023. We are dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with disabling injuries and illnesses through exceptional, patient-centered care.

Essential Functions:

• Provide direct patient care and establish treatment plans.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify as necessary.
• Document evaluations and treatment goals in compliance with hospital guidelines.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise support staff.
• Ensure a safe environment and comply with safety standards.

Requirements:

• Two years of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist and Basic Life Support Certification required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
