Weekends – LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Tyler, TX, to provide direct, one-on-one medical care for infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with a pay rate of $32/hr. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and addressing medical needs per physician’s care plan
• Administering medications and treatments
• Coordinating care and educating families
• Implementing preventative care initiatives
