Job Description

The organization is seeking a full-time School Nurse to provide medical support and training for staff regarding the needs of students aged 3-21 with autism spectrum disorder.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments as per education policy.
• Conduct physical assessments and care for sick or injured students.
• Assist with physical examinations and maintain health records.
• Conduct screenings (audiometric and vision) and provide special health care services.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Education guidelines.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum RN credential; School Nurse certification preferred.
• 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with individuals with autism.
• CPR/AED certification required.
