We are seeking Physical Therapists (PT) for Skilled Nursing Facilities, offering flexible assignments that fit your schedule and a “choose the way you earn” model. Enjoy remote onboarding, daily updates, and support for independent work setups. Responsibilities include providing quality therapy services, creating individualized treatment plans, and documenting patient progress using EMR software.

• Hourly Pay: W2 – $48, 1099 – $61
• Requirements: NJ PT License, BLS Certification, EMR competence
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, and more
