Seeking a *PRN* Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide consistent supervising coverage for 15-20 hours per week during a 12-week maternity leave starting mid-December. Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and a valid Pennsylvania license.

Position Duties:

  • Assign patient care activities and interpret SNF policies.
  • Ensure execution of doctor’s orders and maintain therapy records.

    • Primary Therapy Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop treatment plans focusing on functional outcomes.
  • Participate in training programs and quality improvement activities.

    • Pay starts at $55.00 per hour with a flexible schedule. Must be able to commute to Orbisonia, PA.
