Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Primary Care

Job Description

Join a mission-driven community health center in Champaign, Illinois, as a Nurse Practitioner. We seek an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (minimum 2 years) with an MSN or higher and current Illinois licensure. This role involves providing outpatient care across all ages in a team-based environment, with integrated services in dental and behavioral health.

• Monday-Friday schedule; call is 1:8 (telephone only).
