We are seeking an Associate Medical Director (AMD) to ensure exceptional medical care at our community health center. The AMD will collaborate with site supervisors and nursing staff, coordinating with other medical directors to maintain consistent patient experiences.

Education and Experience:

  • Medical Degree or equivalent from accredited institution
  • Two years of clinical experience in ambulatory care
  • Leadership experience with clinical staff

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Passion for community health principles
  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Licensure Requirements:

  • Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
  • Licensed to practice in Vermont
  • CPR certified
