Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our small 45-bed facility in Colorado Springs, with a $500 sign-on bonus. The role involves assessing patients’ needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ abilities
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic interventions
• Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals
• Providing education and support to patients and families
• Maintaining accurate documentation

Qualifications include strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, excellent patient service skills, and strong communication abilities. This position offers full-time and part-time options, with pay ranging from $47.00 to $50.00 per hour and benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. Relocation to Colorado Springs is required.
