Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for Full-time or PRN positions at our long-term and post-acute care facility, known for exceptional customer service and high employee morale.

• Compensation: Full-time $50-$60/hr (DOE), PRN $55-$65/hr (DOE), with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.
• In-house rehab programs and supportive team environment.
• New graduates are welcome; onsite mentorship available.

Requirements include:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active state license and CPR certification.
• Preferred one year of post-acute care experience.

Essential functions involve following treatment plans, setting goals, overseeing care, and maintaining professional relationships.
