Job Summary:

The role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients while supervising therapy assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients’ therapeutic and functional status and developing care plans.
• Directing treatment, instructing patients and caregivers on therapeutic appliances, and reporting patient progress to physicians.
• Participating in discharge planning and maintaining communication with the care team.
• Supervising therapy assistants and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license and two years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with computer proficiency.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and CPR certification for outpatient roles.
