We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing in East Longmeadow, MA, to support the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing the nursing department and maintaining quality care standards. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting the DON with regulatory compliance and communication strategies.
Promoting positive employee relations and a strong customer service ethic.
Ensuring the integrity of educational programs and staff development.
Position requirements include:
Minimum of one year in long-term or acute health care preferred.
At least two years of nursing supervisory experience required.
Current RN license in the state of practice and a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Travel may be required for meetings and marketing duties.
