We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Willmar, Minnesota, at a skilled nursing facility. This position offers flexible scheduling options (PRN, part-time, or full-time) with a projected full-time workload of 35 hours per week, including a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients to enhance communication and swallowing abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Assist in therapy department operations and deliver educational in-services.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
State licensure eligibility as an SLP; CCC-SLP preferred.
