The Program Director/Manager oversees the Wound Care Program, managing daily operations, staff, finances, and community education. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing center operations and improving clinic processes (20%)
• Coordinating financial management and revenue cycle (10%)
• Leading community education and marketing efforts to increase patient referrals (40%)
• Implementing quality improvement programs (10%)
• Building relationships with hospital clients and physicians (15%)

Qualifications include a degree in a related field and experience in healthcare marketing or operations. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential. Salary ranges from $80,750 to $109,250 annually.
